License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA) — Last updated: January 16, 2026

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, SinergiaCode grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software product on one (1) website that you own or control.

2. Permitted Uses

You ARE permitted to:

  • Install and use the software on one live website
  • Install on unlimited local/staging environments for testing
  • Modify the source code for your own use
  • Receive lifetime updates for the purchased major version
  • Transfer the license to a new domain (contact support)

3. Prohibited Uses

You are NOT permitted to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the software files
  • Use on multiple live websites without additional licenses
  • Include in products for resale (themes, plugins, bundles)
  • Remove copyright notices or license keys
  • Sub-license to third parties
  • Use for illegal purposes

4. Updates and Support

Your license includes lifetime updates for the purchased version. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.x to v2.0) may require a separate purchase at a discounted rate.

Email support is provided for product-related questions. We do not provide support for custom modifications or third-party conflicts.

5. Ownership

SinergiaCode retains all ownership rights to the software. This license grants you the right to use the software, not ownership of the intellectual property.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be compatible with all WordPress configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SinergiaCode be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount.
